  • 150g (5oz) White Chocolate Chips
  • 50g (1.76 oz) White Chocolate, Chopped
  • 30g (2 tbsp) Unsalted Butter
  • 20ml (1.3 tbsp) Heavy Cream or Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp (2g) Culinary-Grade Matcha Powder
  • 120g (0.5 cup) Caramel Sauce
  • 0.25 tsp (1g) Flaky Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp (15g) Toasted Sliced Almonds, Chopped
  • Optional: Extra Matcha Powder

Instructions

  1. Prep Oven & Pans: Preheat oven to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF) and line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Cream Sugars & Butter: Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Egg & Vanilla: Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in Chocolate: Gently fold in white chocolate chips.
  6. Make Matcha Ganache: Melt white chocolate, butter, and cream; whisk in matcha.
  7. Scoop & Swirl: Scoop dough, top with ganache, and swirl gently.
  8. Bake to Golden: Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden.
  9. Drizzle & Salt: Drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with sea salt.
  10. Cool Completely: Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
