- 1 tsp (5mL) Sriracha Sauce (Halal Certified)
- 1 tsp (5mL) Dijon Mustard (Halal Certified)
- 1 tsp (5mL) Honey
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 2 tsp (10g) Chopped Fresh Chives: For garnish
Instructions
- Make Sriracha Aioli: Combine mayonnaise, sriracha, Dijon, and honey; adjust sriracha to taste.
- Caramelize Onions: Sautรฉ onions in olive oil and butter for 15-20 minutes, then add vinegar and sugar.
