oreo lasagna recipe
- Total Time: 264 minutes
- Yield: 12–16 servings 1x
- Diet: General
Description
This easy no-bake Oreo lasagna is a creamy, dreamy dessert featuring layers of crunchy cookie crust and sweet filling, perfect for a stress-free yet decadent treat that’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for any family meal.
Ingredients
- 30–36 Oreo cookies (approx. 350 g)
- 115 g (0.5 cup or 1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 225 g (1 block or 8 oz) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 60 g (0.5 cup) powdered sugar
- 60 ml (0.25 cup) cold milk (dairy or unsweetened plant-based)
- One 225 g (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: Place 30-36 Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs, or crush with a rolling pin until uniformly fine.
- Make the Crust: Combine Oreo crumbs with 115 g melted butter. Mix well. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 23×33 cm (9×13-inch) baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
- Whip Cream Cheese Layer: In a large mixing bowl, beat 225 g softened cream cheese with 60 g powdered sugar until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes). Gradually beat in 60 ml cold milk until fully combined and light. Fold in 225 g thawed whipped topping until fluffy.
- Layer the Filling: Carefully spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.
- Add Second Oreo Layer: Crush 10-12 more Oreo cookies (approx. 100 g) into coarse crumbs and sprinkle generously over the cream cheese layer, gently pressing them in.
- Top with Whipped Cream: Spread the remaining 225 g of whipped topping evenly over the second Oreo layer.
- Chill to Perfection: Cover the dish loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm and set.
- Garnish and Serve: Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup (if using) and sprinkle with a few extra crushed Oreo cookies for a pretty finish.
Notes
If your crust is too crumbly, add an extra tablespoon of melted butter until it holds together. If the cream cheese filling seems too thin, ensure your cream cheese was well-softened before mixing and try chilling it for an extra hour. Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture.
