- 1-inch knob fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (Ceylon preferred)
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- 1 cup cold water or chilled green tea
Instructions
- Night Before Prep: Soak 1 tbsp chia seeds in 1/4 cup water overnight in a mason jar.
- Morning Assembly: Add all ingredients to jar – apple cider vinegar, green tea, lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon, and soaked chia seeds.
- Blending Options: Blend for 15 seconds for frothy texture or shake vigorously for 60 seconds (expect some texture).
- Optional Boost: Add 1/4 cup frozen blueberries when blending to mask vinegar taste.
