Description

A powerful appetite-suppressing drink with chia seeds, cinnamon and apple cider vinegar that mimics Zepbound effects naturally.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked overnight)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1-inch knob fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (Ceylon preferred)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water or chilled green tea

Instructions

  1. Night Before Prep: Soak 1 tbsp chia seeds in 1/4 cup water overnight in a mason jar.
  2. Morning Assembly: Add all ingredients to jar – apple cider vinegar, green tea, lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon, and soaked chia seeds.
  3. Blending Options: Blend for 15 seconds for frothy texture or shake vigorously for 60 seconds (expect some texture).
  4. Optional Boost: Add 1/4 cup frozen blueberries when blending to mask vinegar taste.

Notes

Pro Tips: Use whole chia seeds (not ground) for best texture. Freeze ginger for easier grating. Drink within 30 minutes of waking for best results.

Substitutions: Flaxseeds for chia, turmeric for ginger, rooibos for green tea.

Warning: Consult doctor if pregnant, on diabetes meds, or have low blood pressure/gastric issues.
