  • 0.5 g Black Pepper
  • 30 g Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 5 ml Olive Oil
  • 5 g Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Micro Basil Leaves (a small handful)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cream Cheese: Blend softened cream cheese with lime zest, juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread Cream Cheese: Spread lime-infused cream cheese on sourdough bread slices.
  3. Layer Fillings: Layer mozzarella, tomato, and avocado on bread slices.
  4. Close & Butter: Top with remaining bread slices and butter the outer surfaces.
  5. Grill Sandwich: Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, pressing gently.
  6. Rest & Cut: Rest for 1 minute, then cut diagonally.
  7. Plate & Garnish: Garnish with sesame seeds and micro basil.
