- 2 cups (240 g) powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 0.25 cup (60 ml) orange blossom honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the Fruit Topping and Glaze:
- 1.5 cups (225 g) fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup (120 g) fresh blueberries
- 1 cup (120 g) fresh raspberries
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
- 0.25 cup (60 ml) fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom, for garnish
- 0.5 teaspoon orange zest, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Crust Dough: Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Whisk together flour, granulated sugar, salt, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, cream softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until just combined, forming a soft dough.
- Bake Cookie Crust: Press dough evenly into a 12-inch pizza pan or round baking sheet, forming a raised edge. Bake for 12โ15 minutes, until edges are light golden brown. Let the cookie crust cool completely on a wire rack before proceeding.
