- Zest of 1 Lime
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 20ml Vegetable Oil
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 10g Toasted Coconut Flakes
- 5g Fresh Cilantro Leaves, Roughly Torn
Instructions
- Prepare Pickling Brine: Combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt; simmer until dissolved, then cool.
