  • 300g (10 oz) halal-certified beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ยฝ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 150g (5 ยผ oz) halal-certified provolone cheese, shredded
  • 50g (1 ยพ oz) halal-certified cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
  • 100g (3ยฝ oz) softened cream cheese
  • 100g (3ยฝ oz) shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp chipotle powder
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Prepare Dough: Combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and oregano. Add water, oil, and garlic; knead for 8-10 minutes.
  2. First Rise: Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled.

  4. Cook Beef: Add beef to vegetables; season with paprika, pepper, and salt. Cook until browned (about 4 minutes). Cool.
