- 480 ml oat milk
- 30 ml honey, raw and unfiltered
- 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
- Pinch fine sea salt
Instructions
- Brew Floral Infusion: Steep chamomile and rose petals in hot water for 5 minutes.
- Strain Herbal Tea: Strain the infusion, pressing to extract all flavor.
- Warm Milk Mixture: Heat oat milk, honey, vanilla, and salt until steaming.
- Froth Milk: Froth the warm milk until light and creamy.
- Combine Tea & Milk: Pour frothed milk over tea, holding back foam.
- Create Honey Swirl: Drizzle honey over foam and swirl gently.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with rose petals and serve immediately.
