- Ice Cubes: plenty for blending and shaking
- 30g (1 oz) Pineapple Slice: for charred garnish
- 5ml (1 tsp) Agave Nectar (for pineapple): for caramelizing
- 8g (1 Tbsp) Toasted Coconut Flakes: for texture and aroma
- 2 Fresh Mint Leaves (optional): for aroma and color
Instructions
- Prepare Blueberry Purรฉe: Blend blueberries and water until smooth, then strain.
- Make Pineapple Syrup: Simmer pineapple juice, agave, and water until reduced by half. Cool completely.
- Char Pineapple Garnish: Grill pineapple slice brushed with agave until lightly charred.
- Shake the Cocktail: Combine purรฉe, syrup, lime juice, and water with ice in a shaker. Shake well.
- Strain & Serve: Strain into an ice-filled glass, creating a layered effect.
- Add Ribbon Effect: Pour syrup along the glass wall for a ribbon.
