  • 30g Greek yogurt: tangy flavor
  • 2g chipotle powder: smoky heat
  • 15ml lime juice + zest of 1 lime: brightens the crema
  • 8g chopped cilantro: fresh, herbaceous flavor
  • 8g toasted pumpkin seeds: crunchy garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Bake sweet potatoes at 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) for 45-50 minutes, until tender.
  2. Cook BBQ Chicken: Sautรฉ chicken with BBQ sauce, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper until cooked through.
