- 2g ground cumin: warm, earthy note
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100g cream cheese: softened, full-fat
- 30g Greek yogurt: tangy flavor
- 2g chipotle powder: smoky heat
- 15ml lime juice + zest of 1 lime: brightens the crema
- 8g chopped cilantro: fresh, herbaceous flavor
- 8g toasted pumpkin seeds: crunchy garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Bake sweet potatoes at 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) for 45-50 minutes, until tender.
- Cook BBQ Chicken: Sautรฉ chicken with BBQ sauce, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper until cooked through.
- Make Chipotle Lime Crema: Combine cream cheese, yogurt, chipotle powder, lime zest, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Slice sweet potatoes lengthwise, fluff the inside.
