- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning (halal-certified)
- 1 sheet pre-made pizza dough
- 200g shredded mozzarella cheese (halal-certified)
- 100g shredded cheddar cheese (halal-certified)
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 medium bell pepper, diced
- 100g canned corn kernels, drained
- 120g canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 jalapeรฑo, sliced (optional)
- 100g tomato salsa (mild or medium)
- 150g cream cheese, softened (halal-certified)
- 100g sour cream (halal-certified)
- 1 tsp chipotle peppers in adobo, minced
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Prep Oven & Beef: Preheat oven to 220ยฐC (425ยฐF). Brown beef with taco seasoning.
- Make Chipotle Crema: Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chipotle peppers, and lime juice.
- Prepare Dough: Roll out dough onto a sheet pan brushed with olive oil.
- Add Salsa & Toppings: Spread salsa, then layer beef, onion, pepper, corn, beans, and jalapeรฑo.
- Cheese & Crema: Sprinkle with cheese and swirl on chipotle crema.
- Bake & Garnish: Bake for 12-15 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and avocado.
