Description

Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast, seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
- 30ml olive oil
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 100g cheddar cheese slices
- 100g mozzarella cheese slices
- 80g turkey bacon strips
- 30ml ranch dressing
- 15ml honey
- 5g chipotle powder
- 5ml lime juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Glaze Chicken: Season chicken with spices and brush with chipotle honey glaze.
- Cook Chicken: Cook chicken in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- Crisp Bacon: Cook turkey bacon until crispy.
- Assemble Sandwich: Layer ranch, chicken, bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella on bread.
- Grill Sandwich: Grill until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Drizzle & Serve: Drizzle with remaining glaze and garnish with cilantro.
