- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Olive Oil: For baking the bacon.
- 4 Slices (โ120 g / 4.2 oz) Sourdough Bread: Tangy and sturdy.
- 2 Tbsp (30 g / 1 oz) Butter: Softened, for toasting.
- 30 g (1 oz) Romaine Lettuce: Washed and dried.
- 1 Medium Tomato (โ120 g / 4 oz): Sliced.
- 4 Tbsp (60 ml) BBQ Sauce: Halal-certified, warmed.
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Mayonnaise: Full-fat.
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Buttermilk: Or milk with lemon juice.
- 1 tsp (5 g) Dried Dill: Herbaceous flavor.
- ยฝ tsp (2.5 g) Garlic Powder: Subtle garlic flavor.
- ยฝ tsp (2.5 g) Onion Powder: Adds depth of flavor.
- ยผ tsp (0.5 g) Black Pepper: Freshly ground.

Instructions
- Prep Bacon & Oven: Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF), bake bacon with olive oil until crispy (12-15 mins).
