- 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces (e.g., 4 thighs, 4 drumsticks)
- 200 g (0.75 cup) plain full-fat yogurt
- 60 g (4 tablespoons) harissa paste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 60 ml (0.25 cup) olive oil, plus extra for pan
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) fresh lemon juice
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) smoked paprika
- 7 g (1 teaspoon) fine sea salt
- 2 g (0.5 teaspoon) black pepper
- 2 medium lemons, halved
- 15 g (0.25 cup loosely packed) fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Glaze: Thoroughly pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Whisk together yogurt, harissa, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper for your glaze.
