- 125g (1 cup) All-Purpose Flour, sifted
- 30g (2 Tbsp) Granulated Sugar
- 45g (3 Tbsp) Unsalted Butter, melted
- ยฝ tsp (2g) Baking Powder
- ยผ tsp (1g) Fine Sea Salt
- 60g (ยผ cup) Salted Caramel Sauce
- 80g (โ cup) Dark Chocolate (70% cacao), chopped
- 15ml (1 Tbsp) Neutral Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp (5g) Flaky Sea Salt for garnish
- 1 Tbsp (6g) Toasted Almond Slivers
Instructions
- Make Caramel: Melt sugar & butter, stir until amber, add cream & salt.
- Prepare Dough: Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt. Mix in butter & caramel, add water.
- Chill Dough: Wrap & chill dough for 20 minutes.
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF), line baking sheet.
- Roll & Cut: Roll dough thinly, cut into squares, place on sheet.
- Bake Crackers: Brush with butter, sprinkle with salt, bake 10-12 minutes.
- Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolate with oil.
- Drizzle & Finish: Drizzle chocolate, sprinkle with almonds & salt.

For optimal flakiness, sift flour, avoid overmixing, chill dough, and roll thinly. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
