Instructions
- Prepare Cranberry Puree: Simmer cranberries, sugar, and water until softened.
- Blend and Strain: Blend the mixture until smooth and strain to remove seeds.
- Activate Agar-Agar: Return puree to saucepan, whisk in agar-agar, and boil for 1 minute. Cool slightly.
- Whip Cream: Whip 300ml heavy cream with salt until soft peaks form.
