- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- Micro basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Whip the Cream: Chill a bowl and whip heavy cream with powdered sugar to soft peaks.
- Infuse the Cream: Gently fold in cream cheese, lemon zest, and salt into the whipped cream.
- Butter Bread: Spread softened butter evenly on bread slices.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Spread jam on bread, top with cream, and seal with another slice.
- Trim & Cut: Trim crusts and cut sandwiches diagonally.
- Make Yuzu Glaze: Whisk yuzu juice and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Glaze & Set: Brush glaze on sandwiches and let set for 5 minutes.
- Garnish & Serve: Arrange, drizzle with extra glaze, and garnish with basil.
