- 1 ripe Hass Avocado (thinly sliced)

- 1 Lime (Zest and 1 tbsp Juice)
- 2 g Salt
- 0.5 g Black Pepper
- 30 g Unsalted Butter (softened)
- 5 ml Olive Oil
- 5 g Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Micro Basil Leaves (a small handful)
Instructions
- Prepare Cream Cheese: Blend softened cream cheese with lime zest, juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Cream Cheese: Spread lime-infused cream cheese on sourdough bread slices.
- Layer Fillings: Layer mozzarella, tomato, and avocado on bread slices.
- Close & Butter: Top with remaining bread slices and butter the outer surfaces.
- Grill Sandwich: Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, pressing gently.
- Rest & Cut: Rest for 1 minute, then cut diagonally.
- Plate & Garnish: Garnish with sesame seeds and micro basil.
