  • 5ml (1 tsp) Agave Nectar (for pineapple): for caramelizing
  • 8g (1 Tbsp) Toasted Coconut Flakes: for texture and aroma
  • 2 Fresh Mint Leaves (optional): for aroma and color

Instructions

  1. Prepare Blueberry Purรฉe: Blend blueberries and water until smooth, then strain.
  2. Make Pineapple Syrup: Simmer pineapple juice, agave, and water until reduced by half. Cool completely.
  3. Char Pineapple Garnish: Grill pineapple slice brushed with agave until lightly charred.
